Chi & co has over 20 classes a week to choose from, we have classes for all levels . We have a choice of very experienced teachers , with our own teacher training program to maintain the high standard taught here.
New to Yoga ?

Just take your time to learn Yoga , it needs some patience and dedication but in the end well worth it, remember everyone in your class had to start sometime ... Including your teacher !

What is Yoga ?
Yoga is an ancient Eastern practice we have now embraced fully in the west.
It is a range of movements which are put together in a class to make you feel stronger and more flexible. It will help you loose weight and improve your posture, it’s ultimate goal is to link movement with breath ( the true meaning of the word Yoga ) and ultimately leaves you feeling more energetic , less stressed and a great sense of inner calm !
What are the different types of yoga ?
Seasonal flow yoga , is taught in line with the season , a calmer practice in the Winter months , then more energetic in the Summer when your body is at its peak! Its is a flow class taught with music and is quite an energetic practice.
Ashtanga dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga where movement is synchronised with the breath. In Ashtanga yoga there is a set series of poses in a constant flow creating a detoxifying heat (be prepared to sweat!), stilling the mind, and creating a feeling of calm focus. no music in this practice.
Hatha, a more gentle flowing class it will be taught for the standard of students there on the day, this class will help you create balance and greater power in an individual.
Pre Natal YogaThis class is suitable from 13 weeks. The class is designed to help improve circulation, exercise spine, aid digestion and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also help to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as sciatica, back pain and swelling. The peaceful environment will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated. Yoga for Men this yoga class is for men only. Whether it be to stretch off the stresses and strains of a hard day at the office, or to loosen the muscles after some strenuous physical exercise, improving clarity of thought and mind. Mummy and Me This class is designed to get mum back into shape after having her baby. Mums and babies can start class from 6 weeks after birth and once they have had their Midwife/Doctors check. General information
Yoga mats are provided as blocks which some teachers use to assist students in postures.
All of our classes are drop-in (so no need to book) but courses should be pre-booked. You can do this in person, by telephone, or here on the website.
For your first visit we suggest that you arrive at least ten minutes before the start time.
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Try not to attend practice with a full stomach.
Our centre has changing areas with lockers.
